Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Lenox. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Boston, which made exploring easy. However, the dining options were disappointing, with poor food quality and service that left much to be desired. While the room was comfortable and spacious, the decor felt a bit dated, and overall, I expected more for a boutique hotel experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Lenox, a charming hotel with fantastic staff and a lovely ambiance. The room was spacious and clean, and the welcoming touches made my experience truly special. However, I found the dining options could use some improvement as my breakfast didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it’s a good place to unwind and I’d definitely return.
My stay at The Lenox was filled with good moments, from the warm welcome to the beautifully appointed lobby, especially charming during the holiday season. The room was lovely and maintained the hotel's historic feel, though I did encounter a few minor maintenance issues that could use some attention. I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere of the bar for evening relaxation. Overall, I’d rate this hotel highly for its ambiance and service, making it a perfect home base for exploring Boston.
My stay at The Lenox was very nice, with genuinely excellent service and a lovely room. I really appreciated the location—everything was within walking distance. The only downside was that I wish there were coffee-making facilities in the room to enjoy a cup without heading to the lobby early in the morning.
I had a wonderful stay at The Lenox. the charming old-world ambiance combined with modern comfort made it a unique experience. The staff provided really good service at every turn, although I did find that the prices were on the higher side due to the busy season. Overall, I would definitely return on my next trip to Boston.
